If the protesters in Gaza are calling for the murder of Zionists, or saying Israel shouldn't exist, or calling for global intifada, or attacking Jewish students then yes they'd be vile anti-Semities. Of course, none of that is happening.
As for the health situation in Gaza, Israel opened a new transit point for food, which Hamas then proceeded to attack, killing 3 IDF soldiers and leading to its closure. Where is your outrage over Hamas's continued starvation of its own people?
