If Democrats get rid of the filibuster, then perhaps they can also pass legislation to reform re-districting as well. May then we wouldn't have a minority of Americans being a quasi-majority!
If they can’t eliminate the filibuster then at least make whoever starts one do it the right way- stand there and talk until they’re too hoarse to continue. I remember Everett Dirksen reading the phone book back in the day.
